TERMS OF USE

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter mentioned as “GTC”), apply to the online store for the sale of products which belongs to the company “FORKCAT”, located at 7 Agion Anargiron street, 10554, Psirri, with VAT identification number 802933288.

By purchasing products from the Online Store, you, the customer, accept the present GTC, which can be stored and printed from the website of the Online Store.

The GTC may be amended without the prior consent of the Customer in order to comply with any amendments to legislation and shall apply from the date of their publication on our Online Store.

In case of receiving an email, we shall reply to it by email, at the latest within five (5) days from the receipt of the respective email.

The languages in which communication on any issue may be conducted are Greek and English.

Products and Prices

No used or defective products are offered at discounted prices. On the website of the Online Store, for each product, the characteristics that define it are indicated, such as its materials, its dimensions, its color, its quality, its size, so that you know in as much detail as possible the product you intend to order.

You are informed about the prices, as they are all displayed in euros in the Online Store, which include Value Added Tax (VAT). However, the displayed price does not include all fees or other taxes, such as, for instance, customs fees and taxes in case of shipping the products to a country outside Greece. Similarly, the indicated price of the products does not include the shipping costs or return costs of the products, for which you will be informed during check out.

It is noted that the prices of products before purchase may change without prior notice. If you have already placed the order and paid for the order, the price of the date on which you ordered the product shall apply.

Stages/Order Process

You selects the products you wish to buy by placing them in the “Shopping Cart”. If you want to remove a product, you may select the “Delete” icon before completing the order. Then, you select the shipping address of the products, select the icon “I have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions” and complete the order by selecting the icon “Complete Purchase”. Then, you select the “Payment” icon and one of the ways in which you wishe to make payment.

In particular, payment shall be made in the following ways:

– Cash on delivery (available only for orders within Greece)
– By debit, credit or prepaid card
– By bank transfer (available within the EU)

We taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of electronic transactions and the confidentiality of the data it registers. In particular, electronic transactions are carried out in the secure environment of Worldline.

After the successful execution of the above procedure, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order to the e-mail address you provided. In case you have not received the e-mail confirming the order, check the Spam/Junk folder, otherwise contact us at info@forkcat.com so that a repeat e-mail can be sent.

The order is processed within four (4) working days at the latest. For products that are already available, it is ready for dispatch within two (2) to five (5) working days from the date of its processing.

Products are shipped through ELTA, ACS or Box Now within Greece and ELTA or ACS to other locations, as chosen by you at check out.

From the moment you receive your order, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.

Should you detect an error in the order that has already been placed, contact us as soon as you become aware of the error, in order to modify or cancel the order. Cancellation is possible only if the products have not yet been sent.

You have the right to freely withdraw from the sales contract, within a period of fourteen days (14 days) from the moment you receive your order without needing to provide a specific reason.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Withdrawal takes place by sending an e-mail to info@forkcat.com, in which you clearly state your decision to withdraw from the sales contract. The e-mail should include your contact details (including name, e-mail address, telephone number), as well as a copy of the payment receipt. Moreover, include a brief description of the product you want to return. Also, in case that the receipt is for more than one product, specify which product you intend to return.

By returning the product, ensure that the accompanying documents sent by you mention the following phrase: “Returned goods, without commercial value”. Any import taxes for returns of goods outside the border will be deducted from the final refund.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. it must not have been used, the accompanying labels must not have been removed, and it must be in its original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.). Before the refund, the necessary quality control will be carried out, in order to determine whether or not the aforementioned are met.

You bear the shipping costs for the return of the product, unless the product is defective.

The shipping and handling costs of the original shipment are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment as those used for the initial transaction, unless we both expressly agree on a different method of refund. Any bank or other credit institution fees for the refund shall be borne by you.

The refund shall be made as soon as we have received the product and carried out the necessary quality control.

While we hope people will enjoy our products around the globe, we may choose not to ship to specific regions/countries due to tariff uncertainty, humanitarian concerns, or direct danger to shipping partners.

Should we decide not to ship to a country, we will endeavor to complete outstanding orders. If this is not possible, you will be issued a refund if the order has not yet been shipped.
